INNER CURRENT
SOMATIC
THERAPY

You're not meant to just survive your life; you're meant to thrive.
You keep repeating the same patterns
You have chronic digestive symptoms, pain, trouble sleeping, a lack of focus, fatigue, anxiety, and overwhelm.
You crave sense of balance, wellness, resilience, and joy.
Sound familiar?
Just because you haven't found healing yet, doesn't mean it's not available to you.
What is The Library?
A guided healing program that teaches you about the relationships between your nervous system, your body, your mind, and your spirit. It guides you to go inside to heal in the comfort of your own home.
It teaches you to become your own somatic therapist within a community of people traveling the same path.
You'll find educational modules informed by Polyvagal Theory, neuroscience, Inner Relationship Focusing, Attachment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and the correlating therapeutic interventions meant to help you heal from trauma, chronic stress, and chronic illness.
You'll also gain access to live workshops, "healing challenges" and individualized support from me.
Join The Library today and tap into the healing power you already possess.

Hey! I'm Jenna, an integrative somatic therapist.
I have a deep understanding of the interplay between our neurobiology, physiology, psychology, and spirituality. I am trained and certified in and blend interventions from Applied Polyvagal Theory, Somatic Attachment Therapy, Inner Relationship Focusing, Internal Family Systems, and EMDR. I'm certified in nutrition and functional medicine for mental health and I'm a group fitness instructor.
I fell in love with somatic healing when I learned the neuroscience behind it, and even more so when I discovered I desperately needed it myself. It's my personal experience with nervous system distress, attachment insecurity, extreme behavioural strategies, and the resulting mental and physical health symptoms that really shape the work that I do today.
I created The Library as a solution to the problem of 'inner disconnectedness' so many of us are suffering from.

Here's what people have been saying:

I'm not just a psychotherapist. I'm someone who's been where you are.
I vividly remember what it was like to feel broken, confused, terrified, hopeless, and without a clue where to turn next. The Library is what I wish I had when I was stuck and suffering.
Ultimately, this program is what I did to recover from serious mental and physical illness.

FAQ's
Let me answer your questions
Is there a time commitment associated with the Membership?
There is no time commitment, you may cancel at any time.
If I cancel, can I rejoin later?
Absolutely. You are always welcome back into the Library.
How much time do I need to commit to this?
Time commitment varies; you can use it once a day, immerse yourself in the program and engage with many practices each day, you can learn slowly and practice on a weekly basis, you can even use it solely as emergency medicine when stressors come up. It’s up to you.
Do I need to know about the specific modalities you use before I try them? I don't know what Parts Work is!
No prior knowledge of Polyvagal Theory, neurobiology, or Internal Family Systems necessary.
What if I get stuck and want your 1:1 help? Can I book a session with you?
I am available to answer questions and offer guidance inside the membership. You are welcome to join my waitlist for 1:1 therapy if you are a resident of either Ontario or Manitoba, Canada.
Is this only for people who have already tried therapy?
The Library can be an introduction to therapy, instead of therapy, alongside therapy, or afterwards to maintain healing.
Is The Library only for people who have trauma?
This program is trauma-sensitive but applicable for recovering from all types of distress.
Will this be too heavy for me?
The educational modules were designed to be digestible but informative; giving you what you really need to know to heal and none of the excess.
Is there an app?
Yes! The program is available on the Spaces by Wix app so you have it with you on the go. Easy to access in the morning and before bed (when many people like to use the interventions).
